  Today's experience with Woolworths was second to none. I made multiple different requests today at the deli and Jessica was more than helpful to complete every task and nothing was too much trouble. Big companies like this often overlook the face of the company keen little workers like this are an asset. Big thanks.

  We were approached by a female staff member and the manager upon entering this Woolworths store. The manager had straight up falsely accused us of stealing the Monster energy drinks. He said we are walking around drinking these drinks that we haven't paid for and we’re stealing them. We had told the manager that the drinks aren't even from Woolworths, we had bought them at Coles before we came to Woolworths; we were never even near the energy drinks at Woolworths and that we were holding them in our hands drinking from them before we even entered the store. The manager said in smug manner, "Oh yeah? Do you have a receipt?" I presented the receipt from Coles that proved the drinks were purchased at Coles. He didn't even bother to make eye contact with the receipt. No apology was given in regards to the false accusation. Instead he continued to defame us publicly and speak louder. We were made to look like thieves and liars in front of other store patrons which to me was highly offensive and upsetting. The behavior of Woolworth's’ staff at Riverlink shows a total lack of commitment to any notion of customer care and/or customer service at this Woolworth store and must be perceived as something which is common across the Woolworth's brand. What happened to me was not acceptable or professional. I always used to attend this store quite regularly. Riverlink's Woolworths store and its poorly executed decision on personally targeting and discriminating their loyal customers publicly will greatly impact my future shopping decisions permanently!
